Chef-hatted Ammos Brighton brings to life a Greek menu that reimagines tradition with modern interpretations of classic dishes.  Executive Chef James Roberts and renowned Chef Peter Conistis, celebrated for pioneering modern Greek cuisine in Australia, lead our kitchen. Expect a premium experience in our stunning dining room, a European-inspired hideaway surrounded by breathtaking bay water views.

Ammos Brighton offers exclusive venue hires and group reservations in both our main dining area and semi-private dining spaces. It’s the perfect venue for large celebrations, intimate get-togethers, and everything in between.
