Yes, self-parking is available for $45 per night, including in-and-out access. Pre-booking is essential.
Do rooms have bay views or balconies?
Yes, all rooms feature private balconies, with many offering sweeping bay or city views. With the exception of the Family Suite.
Are pets allowed at The Brighton?
No, pets are not permitted at the hotel. Unless they are an Assistance Dog with the proper accreditation.
What’s included in the room rate (Wi-Fi, breakfast, access to pools/gym)?
Room rates include Wi-Fi, with access to the outdoor pool, indoor pool, and Brighton Active gym. Breakfast is available at an additional cost unless part of a package.
Are there accessible rooms available?
Yes, accessible rooms are available on request.
Do you offer in-room dining services?
Yes, 24-hour in-room dining is available.
Is smoking allowed at The Brighton?
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms or balcony. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

Where is The Brighton Precinct located?
2 Princess Street, Brighton-Le-Sands, NSW 2216 – opposite Botany Bay.
There are two parking entrances: Bay Street and Princess Street access.
How far is the precinct from Sydney CBD and the airport?
Approximately 10 minutes from Sydney Airport and 20 minutes from the CBD.
What transport options are available nearby?
Taxis, ride-share, and public buses operate regularly in the area. Rockdale Train Station is also a short bus ride away.
Is the precinct beach-accessible?
Yes, the hotel is directly across from Brighton Beach with easy pedestrian access.
Is there secure parking available for day guests?
Yes, secure paid parking is available for guests and their visitors.
Are there EV charging stations on-site?
No EV charging stations are currently available.
Is the precinct suitable for prams or wheelchairs?
Yes, the hotel and precinct offer wheelchair and pram access throughout.

Dining options include Ammos Brighton, Sands Bar, Coco’s on the Beach, and new signature restaurants soon-to-launch.
Do I need a reservation to dine at Ammos or Sands Bar or any other dining venues?
Reservations are recommended for Ammos. Walk-ins are welcome at Sands Bar and Coco’s on the Beach.
Are there gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, all venues cater to dietary requirements. Please notify staff upon booking.
What retail stores and facilities are available at The Brighton?
Our retail Pavilion space offers wellness options such as Sol. Tanning and Beauty, Blow Bar and other food and beverage outlets.
Can I book a Blow Bar Co. or Sol. Tanning and Collagen appointment online?

Is there a dress code for the bars or restaurants?
Smart casual is recommended.
Are your venues child-friendly or adults-only?
Our dining venues are child-friendly. The Beach Bar, Indoor pool and Brighton Active Gym are for adults 18+.

Available for guests staying in the hotel complimentary is Brighton Active, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, sauna, steam room. Sol Tanning & Beauty and The Blow Bar are also available at additional cost and can be booked directly.
Is Brighton Active gym open to the public or just guests?
Exclusively for hotel guests (18 years and over) and Brighton Active gym members.
Are pool areas heated and open year-round?
The indoor pool is heated and open year-round and is available to adults only. The outdoor pool is not heated. Both are only available for hotel guests.
Can I book tanning or beauty treatments at Sol?
Yes, Sol Tanning & Beauty offers 24/7 contactless tanning and collagen sessions.
Are there adult-only zones in the precinct?
Yes – the indoor pool, spa, and Beach Bar are adults-only.
